Here's something to think about also, I've heard that California needs $25 Billion to bail them out. The Bailout for GM was $80 Billion and also how much was the bank bail outs?

So who get left holding the bag when theres no money to be found? Junk bond status sounds pretty alluring to an investor don't it? Raising taxes? Investors should probably put their chips on moving companies and tent manufacturers, seems the new chant will be Eastward HO!

I forget what the suggested time frame was, but a couple of times I've heard in the news that there is a limited number of days for which the the state of California has enough cash. I think this refers to funds required for civil servants' pay and other state programs.

That's scary.

Again I'm reminded of Robert J. Ringer's "Restoring The American Dream" I'm just re-reading it about 30 years later, and the paragraph above could have been paraphrased right out of that book.
